Backgauge, angle, gap and stroke length control
The top-of-line DAC-350 offers all funcitonality demanded on modern shearing machines. Besides the X-axis position, it offers automatic control of cutting angle, stroke length and gap.
With the clear LCD-display and the "push button page" structure, very user-friendly programming is guaranteed. Its memory allows the storage of 1000 program lines.
The electronic architecutre is based on Delem's MODUSYS I/O system, allowing ful freedom of mounting onto your machine.
The machine functions are controlled by the control box type DM-05. This highly integrated I/O module is connected via a two wire highspeed bus (the MODUSYS-bus) with the main controller on the rear of the front panel.
Another big advantage of this new architecture is that it guarantees maximum noise rejection according to EM 50082-2 levels. This gives it a CE compliance status.
