Service Details
Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
Fault diagnosis on aging and discontinued control systems where the original manufacturer’s service knowledge is limited or unavailable. We work with proprietary OEM controllers, legacy CNC platforms, and end-of-life PLCs and drives — bringing the controls expertise your plant maintenance team may no longer have access to.
Software Backup & Recovery
Backup, archiving, and recovery of PLC programs, HMI applications, drive parameters, and CNC data from legacy systems. When a controller fails and the original program was never backed up — or the only copy is on a floppy disk in someone’s desk — we extract, convert, and secure it so you’re never one hardware failure away from losing your process.
Spare Parts & Component Sourcing
Sourcing of replacement components for discontinued and end-of-life control systems — from legacy PLCs and I/O modules to obsolete drives, power supplies, and operator panels. When OEM parts are no longer available or carry long lead times and high costs, we leverage our supply chain to find what you need and keep your equipment running.
Ongoing Maintenance & Support
Scheduled and on-call maintenance for legacy control systems that are still in active production. System Assessment
A lot of plants don’t fully know what they’re running until something fails. We start by documenting your legacy equipment — what hardware and software versions you have, what condition they’re in, what’s backed up and what isn’t, and where the biggest risks are. Stabilization & Risk Reduction
