Commissioning & Support

What We Offer

Our engineers are on the ground when it matters most. We don’t just show up for startup — we’re involved from installation planning through to final handover, driving the schedule, tracking progress with daily reports, and making sure nothing falls behind. Whether you need us to manage the full process or support your internal team, we adapt to how you work. Our commissioning and support services include:

Service Details
Installation

Electrical and controls installation managed by CSI — either through our network of trusted contracting electricians or by working alongside your internal maintenance and installation staff. We’re flexible either way and coordinate closely with your team to ensure the installation is executed cleanly and on schedule.

Before startup begins, we develop a detailed commissioning plan covering scheduling, sequencing, resource allocation, and pre-commissioning checks. We get involved early in the planning phase to identify potential issues, align on shutdown windows, and ensure maximum efficiency during execution — so time on-site is spent commissioning, not troubleshooting installation problems.

On-site startup of controls, drives, and automation systems including pre-commissioning checks, system integration with existing equipment, I/O verification, and performance tuning under real operating conditions. A dedicated site manager coordinates all commissioning effort, maintaining an open issues list, providing regular status updates, and driving the process so the project stays on schedule.

Throughout commissioning, we provide daily progress reports and maintain open lines of communication with your project team. Detailed scheduling is followed closely, open issues are tracked and resolved systematically, and pull-ahead work is planned wherever possible. The goal is to make the commissioning process transparent, predictable, and easy for your team to manage alongside.

Our Process

Planning & Coordination

Most commissioning delays happen because of poor planning, not poor engineering. We get involved early — reviewing installation scope, defining shutdown windows, and building a detailed schedule that accounts for every phase of work. When we show up to site, the plan is already in place.

Installation

Whether we’re contracting electricians through our network or working with your internal staff, we manage the installation to make sure everything is wired, terminated, and ready for startup. We’re flexible on how you want to resource it — what matters is that it’s done right and done on time.

Pre-Commissioning Checks

A dedicated site manager leads the commissioning effort, coordinating engineers across PLC, HMI, SCADA, and drives. We work through startup systematically — system integration, I/O verification, performance tuning, and operator training — with daily reports keeping your team informed at every step.

Handover

Once the system is running and validated, we provide a clean handover with all documentation, outstanding items tracked, and a clear path forward for any follow-up support needed.
